Overtime and Saturdays may be required Position Overview We are currently hiring an experienced TIG Welder to support manufacturing and fabrication operations. This position is responsible for TIG welding and fabricating metal components while following blueprints, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding and fabrication of metal components. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to job specifications. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and welding instructions. Measure, fit, and position materials prior to welding. Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper appearance. Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded parts as needed. Maintain consistent weld quality and production standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety and manufacturing procedures. Requirements Previous TIG welding experience required. Must pass a welding test. Bilingual required. Pipefitting experience required. Must be able to read blueprints and welding symbols. Strong knowledge of basic measurements. Experience setting up and adjusting TIG welding equipment. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
