We're looking for an experienced welder / fabricator with wood working experience. Who want to work for a dynamic company that does primarily high end residential finishes. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate welding and fabrication activities on construction sites and some shop work Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine proper fabrication methods. Perform MIG and stick welding. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards, ASME codes & standards, and company safety protocols. Supervise junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in fabrication techniques and safety practices. Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project workflows.
