Relaxed atmosphere ## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements. ## Responsibilities- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment including press brake machines and power tools
- Perform stick welding to assemble metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Use hand tools to cut, grind, and weld metal pieces
- Work with sheet metal and calipers to ensure accurate measurements
- Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts
- Build structures by cutting, bending, and assembling metal components ## Skills
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques
- Experience with press brake machines and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools for metalworking tasks
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and caliper usage
- Forklift operation skills are a plus
- Strong grasp of basic math for measurements and calculations
