The Role:
Craftsmanship with Purpose We are seeking a Skilled Welder with a primary focus on MIG welding. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to assemble high-quality metal products with precision. Precision MIG Welding:
Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment to join metal parts, ensuring clean and structural welds.Blueprint Proficiency:
Read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications; this is a required part of your daily workflow to plan welding sequences accurately. ...Detailed Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of the work performed. Due to the safety-critical nature of these products, documenting your process and material control is essential.Versatile Execution:
Perform welds in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, and horizontal, while managing heat and distortion.Quality Inspection:
Maintain a sharp attention to detail by inspecting finished welds to ensure they meet visual acceptance criteria and strict size requirements.Equipment & Material Handling:
Utilize tools such as positioners, jig fixtures, and cutting equipment. Safely operate jib hoists and overhead cranes with proper supervision.Teamwork Culture:
Actively promote a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues at all levels to solve problems and improve shop processes.Working hours:

We highly value candidates with coded welding experience (such as ASME or ISO standards), demonstrating your ability to perform on high-stakes, safety-critical projects.
