Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Welders & Fitters to join their dynamic team. As a Welders & Fitters, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

DOE Shift:
1st & 2nd What's the Job? Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic welding equipment with precision and safety. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Weld in various positions including flat, vertical, and horizontal, adhering to established procedures. Inspect welded surfaces to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship certification preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing welding experience. Proficiency in welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, SAW, and FCAW; GTAW qualification preferred. Ability to operate welding-related equipment including positioners, jig fixtures, and cutting tools. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety standards. What's in it for me?
