TIG Welder | No Travel Required | Climate-Controlled Facility | Cedar Park, TX Tired of living out of a suitcase? Looking for a welding job that lets you sleep in your own bed every night? If you're an experienced TIG Welder who is ready to leave the travel behind, this opportunity is for you. Ascend Staffing is hiring TIG Welders in Cedar Park, TX for a manufacturing facility that offers steady hours, a climate-controlled work environment, overtime opportunities, and excellent benefits upon conversion. Why Welders Love This Opportunity $24.00 per hour Weekly pay No travel required - work close to home No per diem - because you're home every night Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Overtime opportunities available Direct deposit and pay card options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance while on assignment Excellent benefits available upon permanent hire Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime available during peak production periods What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints before beginning projects Gather and prepare materials Measure and cut materials to specifications Perform TIG welding on metal components Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet blueprint specifications and quality standards Verify that finished products meet required tolerances Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent TIG welding experience Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings in English Experience using welding equipment and fabrication tools Experience with measuring devices, calipers, saws, and hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to pass a background check and drug screening About Ascend Staffing For more than 50 years, Ascend Staffing has been connecting hardworking people with great companies.
