Position Details:
- + 4 day
- 10hr shift Monday
- Thursday, 4:15pm
- 3:00am + Will train on day shift
What You Will Do:
- + Setup and operate welding machines based on job requirements.
+ Previous GTAW Manual or Automatic experience preferred. + Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standard. + Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. + Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers. + Uses hand welding and flame cutting equipment such as arc welders, gas welders, and gas torches to weld together metal components (flat, horizontal, or vertical plates and pipes) + Works from sketches, prints, operation sheets, preliminary drawings, and written/verbal instructions. + Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or equivalent + A year of relevant experience + Good computer skills + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Ability to multi-task + Commitment to work overtime as needed + Maintain appropriate levels of daily attendance, initiative and productivity + Ability to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals + Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to fractional equivalents, and fractions to decimal equivalents + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions + Ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures and angle gauges + Must maintain welding specifications in accordance with all quality and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
Physical Demands:
- + The employee regularly lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
+ The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed. + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. + The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. + Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
