Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and motivated STICK Welder to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for WELDING , structural steel components in new construction houses. This position is outdoors, on new construction sites, is fast-paced, and hard work.

Responsibilities Perform Stick welding to join metal components according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to achieve precise welds and cuts Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts before welding or assembly Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing facilities Assist with maintenance tasks including equipment inspections, minor repairs, and troubleshooting of welding machinery Qualifications Proven experience in Stick welding Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with AWS codes & standards Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measurement devices Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes Experience working on construction sites environments with a focus on safety compliance Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality standards Join our team as a Welder if you are passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to impactful projects.
