Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and fitting metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the successful assembly of structural elements, ductwork, piping systems, and custom fabrications that meet rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble metal components. Perform various welding techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

> welding to join metals securely. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and structural elements. Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication according to specifications. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Conduct pipe threading and soldering as needed for plumbing or mechanical systems. Follow all safety protocols in accordance with ASME codes & standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Skills Proven construction site experience with the ability to adapt fabrication techniques to various environments. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, plasma cutting, and <LOCATION
> welding with a strong understanding of welding codes and standards. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment effectively. Knowledge of rigging procedures for lifting heavy components safely on-site or in the shop. Mechanical knowledge related to ductwork installation, pipe threading, fabrication processes, and manufacturing practices. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
