We're known for precision stainless-steel fabrication, innovative equipment design, and dependable craftsmanship. We're growing fast and looking for motivated Welder/Fabricators to join our production team in Harlingen, TX. Position Overview The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding stainless steel parts to build our custom equipment. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and pride in producing high-quality work that meets food-grade standards. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel materials. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams. Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications. Operate basic shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and drills. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of welding or fabrication experience preferred. Proficient with MIG and/or TIG welding (stainless steel experience a plus). Ability to read and interpret blueprints or simple drawings. Must be dependable and detail-oriented. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Team player with good communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
