Job Description

Expanding welding business is looking for a skilled TIG welder/fabricator that is a self-starting and detail-oriented person. The shop specializes in tight tolerance precision weldments using various materials in critical applications. Workflow consists of low-volume, high-mix of weldments and fabrications across multiple industries.
Job Description:
Perform precision TIG welding on nickel alloys and other materials as required. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and customer specifications. Set up, weld, and fabricate prototypes, short-run production jobs, and custom assemblies. Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality requirements and customer specifications. Maintain accurate job documentation, production records, and clean workstation.
Job Requirements:
Basic layout and fabrication skills Must be able to TIG weld Aluminum and Stainless Steel Experience with sanitary tubing applications Knowledge of basic hand tools Ability to read tape measure, dial calipers, and other measuring devices Reliable transportation Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to pivot quickly Orbital Welding Experience is a plus!
