Pay Rate:

$25.00 per hour Kelly Services is seeking an experienced TIG Welder skilled in the assembly of electronic sensor components and thermal coupling for temperature instrument production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG welding, assembly of delicate temperature sensors, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics with precision. Key Responsibilities Perform precision TIG welding on small components for electronic sensors and thermal couplings. Assemble and fabricate temperature instruments and sensors according to detailed specifications. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering schematics. Inspect finished assemblies for conformance to quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety standards and protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a TIG Welder, ideally in an electronic or instrument assembly environment. Proficient in assembling and handling delicate temperature instruments and sensors. Able to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work on intricate assemblies. Must be able to work Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
