Blueprint Interpretation:
Study and analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to accurately plan layouts and dimensions.
Material Preparation:
Measure, cut, and grind metal parts to exact project specifications using power saws, calipers, and angle grinders.
Component Alignment:
Clamp, bolt, or tack-weld components together to ensure perfect alignment prior to final execution.
Welding Execution:
Fuse metals in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding machinery.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished welds for defects, cracks, or warping while verifying adherence to strict tolerances.
Equipment Maintenance:
Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on torches, power supplies, and auxiliary equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to occupational safety standards by wearing mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), including auto-darkening helmets and heat-resistant apparel Welding, standing, bending lifting
