Welding Full Job Description Position :

Bilingual Spanish 1st

Shift Welder Pay:

$15/hr

Location:

Mesquite, TX Schedule:

Monday - Thursday - 6 am to 4:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate machines accurately and safely to support production needs Fabricate and repair metal parts and components as required Assemble parts and weldments using hand tools and power tools Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections, making adjustments when necessary to meet specifications Support equipment setup and changeovers as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weldment assembly drawings, and welding symbols Knowledge of proper welding techniques and procedures Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic math skills Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work environment includes exposure to machinery, moving equipment, changing temperatures, humidity, and uneven or slippery surfaces Compliance with all company safety procedures and policies is required

Education and Experience:
