Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. The Welder is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. This role plays a critical part in supporting production goals and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks using MIG/FlUX, and TIG welding processes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing of welded parts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or material inconsistencies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in various environmental conditions. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
