  • 32/HR We're looking for an experienced
MIG & TIG
Welder who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you can read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, and work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials
  • Read blueprints, weld symbols, and production travelers
  • Set up welding equipment and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Inspect and verify weld quality to print specifications
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Support production goals while following all safety standards What We're Looking For
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
  • Knowledge of proper welding techniques and equipment setup
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements
  • Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Safely operate a pallet jack
