Job Description

We are seeking experienced TIG/MIG welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Rowlett, TX. Candidates should be capable of performing MIG, TIG, and/or Spot Welding operations while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production travelers Set up and operate MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding equipment Weld carbon steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components according to specifications Perform production welding within established time standards Conduct quality inspections and verify finished products meet print requirements Identify and communicate errors on prints, travelers, or fixtures to supervisors Complete required documentation accurately and thoroughly Calibrate and maintain welding equipment and tools Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
Previous MIG, TIG, and/or Spot Welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing or production welding experience preferred
