Job Description

Custom Industrial Precision (Garden Ridge, TX) builds custom sanitary conveyor systems and plant equipment for food and beverage manufacturers. We're looking for an experienced fabricator and TIG welder to join our shop team.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and TIG weld stainless steel components for sanitary conveyor systems and industrial equipment Read and work from shop drawings and specs Maintain quality and consistency on precision fabrication work Follow safety and PPE requirements on the shop floor

Requirements:

Proven experience with TIG welding, stainless steel a must Fabrication experience (layout, cutting, forming, assembly) Reliable attendance and punctuality, this is non-negotiable Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain a drug-free work status throughout employment Comfortable with variable weekly hours (some weeks light, some weeks 40+)
