Job Title:

Weld Enclosure General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weld Enclosure General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing environment, ensuring the traceability of components and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret tags to maintain traceability of components. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while in the shop. Operate only equipment for which formal training has been received. Follow all safety regulations and policies when using grinders, sanders, and other hand tools. Move materials from the welding area to the paint department using a pallet and pallet jack. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills General labor experience in a production environment. Proficiency with grinders and other hand tools. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Familiarity with metal fabrication concepts and processes. Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with assistance. Employees are required to wear PPE at all times. Work involves the use of various tools and equipment, and the ability to lift and move materials is necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seguin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
