Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking dedicated Flux Core and/or Mig Welders to join their dynamic team. As a Flux Core and/or Mig Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department, supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within the organization.

DOE Shift:
2nd shift (Mon-Thur/4pm-230am) What's the Job? Perform welding operations using flux core and/or MIG welding techniques to fabricate metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication. Inspect welds for quality and adherence to safety standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes. What's Needed? Previous experience with flux core and/or MIG welding processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
