We're a locally owned and growing custom gate and fabrication company specializing in high-quality gates and entry systems. Our work ranges from simple standard gates to fully custom designs with operator systems. We take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering great results for our customers.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and dependable team member with basic construction or fabrication knowledge to assist in our production shop. You'll work closely with our welder and production team to help build, transport, and install custom gates and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the welder in daily shop production, including assembly of simple and custom gates Perform light fabrication tasks (cutting, grinding, prepping materials, etc.) Transport finished gates and materials to and from the powder coater Assist with on-site gate installations as needed Support our gate operator technician with installs, service, or general labor Keep the shop area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of construction, fabrication, or mechanical work Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely Valid driver's license (clean record preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an active, hands-on environment Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Bonus Skills (Not Required): Welding experience Forklift or trailer towing experience Electrical or gate operator knowledge
