Our work environment includes:

Safe work environment On-the-job training Custom welding and fitting for a wide variety of small structural projects. Weld processes include metal shield, inner shield, and MIG (GMAW). Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Qualifications 40 hour + work week Monday - Friday hours from 0600 - 1430 Punctuality and good attendance required Must pass a weld test Steel toed boots and your own hand tools required Have your own welding hood Use a tape measure and be able to understand basic detail drawings Use jigs, fixtures and tooling for assembly of parts and components Follow instructions and standards Lift at least 50 lbs Communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner Efficient and productive Keep work area clean and organized Previous experience with automated welding equipment is a plus Overhead crane and forklift skills/experience are a plus
