Primary Responsibilities:

Assist Welders in performing SMAW, GTAW, and other welding processes in accordance with API 1104 and

ASME B31.3

requirements. Assist welders in interpreting technical drawings and specifications to understand the requirements and layout for welding projects. Assist Welders in preparing materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces to ensure strong, quality, welds. Assist Welders in operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and calibrated properly. Following safety protocols and practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment. Working closely with other trades and team members to ensure coordinated efforts on the job site. Must pass a preemployment drug test.
