Pay:

$24•27/hour

DOE Schedule:

Approx. 40 hours/week

Position:

W-2 employee Start time: 8:00 AM Work includes both shop fabrication and field installation. We need a fabricator first and a welder second. You need to be able to: Produce strong, clean, professional-looking welds Read blueprints and fabrication drawings Accurately lay out and measure using a tape measure Fit, weld, and fabricate projects from start to finish Work independently without constant supervision Think through problems and come up with practical solutions Build things you may have never built before Take pride in fit-up, accuracy, appearance, and finished quality A lot of our work is custom, including railings, stairs, structural components, and one-off fabrication projects. Every job is a little different. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable being handed a drawing or a problem and figuring out how to turn it into a finished product. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands fabrication and can contribute without needing every step explained. Employees are expected to provide their own welding hood and basic personal hand tools. Larger fabrication equipment and shop tools are provided. Optional employee-paid benefits are available through our payroll provider.
