Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; a formal welding certification is considered an asset. Demonstrated history of working as a MIG welder with a deep grasp of various welding methods. Proficiency in deciphering complex technical drawings and blueprints. Foster a culture of precision by maintaining a sharp focus on detail to ensure every output meets high-quality standards.
