Job Description
Job Overview RD Olson Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of industrial equipment. Positions available for experienced Mig welder. Rate of pay is DOE. Responsibilities Mig welding using Hardwire and Dual Shield Flux Core. Understanding and use of measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, tapes, etc. Qualified to read blueprints. Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding. Clean and prepare surfaces to be welded. Strong understanding of Mig welding procedures & processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of welding machines and setup. Ability to operate hand/air tools and electric grinders. Requirements Experience in Mig welding with Hardwire and Dual Shield Flux Core. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Ability to work as a team, understanding and following direction from a direct supervisor(s). Understanding of materials handling procedures.
