A Day in the Life You clock in to a clean, modern facility and set up at your bay with top-tier equipment.
Your focus:
precision MIG welds on carbon steel assemblies that must meet tight tolerances and strict safety and quality benchmarks. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to sequence work, verify fit-ups, and ensure every bead supports performance in the field. What You'll Tackle Perform MIG welding on steel parts and assemblies for heavy equipment. Hold welds to rigorous quality and safety standards; inspect and verify your work. Partner closely with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to deliver on schedule. What You Bring Hands-on welding experience (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). Ability to pass a weld test. Strong attention to detail, precision, and a team-first mindset.
