Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do:

Perform fabrication and welding on structural and custom metal projects Utilize spray transfer, metal core, and hardwire welding processes Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain quality standards and production timelines Work closely with a skilled fabrication team What's In It for

Have:

Proficiency with spray transfer, metal core, and hardwire welding Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable work ethic and strong attendance

The Musts:

Must pass pre-employment drug screen Must pass background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation required

Preferred:

Previous structural or custom fabrication experience Experience working in a production fabrication environment Additional welding certifications are a plus
