What You'll Do:

As a Fabricator , you will: Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and customer specifications Fabricate and process materials for structural projects Perform structural MIG welding with precision and accuracy Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise Maintain a focus on safety and productivity What's In It for

The Musts:

2+ years of MIG Welding experience 2+ years of fabrication experience Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Strong work ethic and coachable attitude Reliable transportation

Preferred:

AWS D1.1

Certifications (2G/3G/4G) Formal training from college or trade school WABO certifications - huge plus! Strong blueprint reading skills
