Welder - MIG, TIG, Stick, FLUX | Fabrication & Blueprint Welding Summary Join a modern manufacturing team as a Welder specializing in MIG, TIG, Stick, and FLUX processes. You'll weld steel, stainless, and aluminum to precise blueprint specifications , support fabrication setups , and help produce high‑spec components for industries like aerospace, power generation, and medical equipment. 🔥 Key Responsibilities 3G weld test proficiency — pass and maintain certification. MIG/TIG/Stick/FLUX welding on steel, stainless, aluminum, and other metals. Blueprint welding — interpret drawings, fit parts, and complete high‑quality welds. Punch & laser setup for assigned fabrication jobs. Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to verify tolerances. Inspect workpieces, adjust weld parameters, and maintain quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team. 💡 Required Skills 3G weld test ability (required) 3+ years TIG welding experience Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, FLUX Strong blueprint reading and metal‑fitting skills Accurate use of precision measuring tools Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience High attention to detail and quality ⭐ Preferred Qualifications 3+ years MIG welding Sheet metal or fabrication experience Welding certifications or formal training Experience with punch/laser job setup Familiarity with high‑spec manufacturing (aerospace, defense, medical, power, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift 🏭 Work Environment & Schedule Manufacturing shop setting with PPE required (glasses, gloves, hearing protection) Repetitive tasks, standing, and physical activity throughout shift 4‑day workweek 2nd
