Job Title:
Welder Job Description Join our team as a Welder, where you will play a crucial role in welding KITS on Heavy Equipment Operators (HEO) and Tractors. Your expertise in reading blueprints will be essential to tack parts together effectively. You will primarily work with MIG, tack, and robotic welding techniques. Responsibilities Perform MIG, tack, and robotic welding on KITS for HEO and tractors. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately tack parts together. Utilize knowledge of AWS Weld Symbols in welding tasks. Fabricate and fit welded parts or metal components. Perform grinding and metal prep to ensure quality finishes. Essential Skills 1-3+ years of experience in various forms of welding. 1-3+ years of proficiency in reading and interpreting industrial blueprints and AWS Weld Symbols. Proven experience in MIG welding and stainless steel fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and use a tape measure. 1-2+ years of experience in grinding parts and metal preparation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trussville, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
