is a full service, custom machine shop. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide service and quality that exceed our customer's expectations. We currently have a 1st shift opportunity for a Fabricator Welder. Looking for a Journeyman/Certified Welder with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in welding. Metal Products, Inc. offers competitive compensation and benefits in an atmosphere built around employee development and growth. This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. 1. Complete welding projects by following work instructions and prints. 2. Verify welding results by inspecting and testing welds. 3. Maintains up-to-date documentation as required for quality and production. 4. Maintain welding equipment operational effectiveness by following procedures, troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance and maintaining supplies. 5. Clearly communicates problems or necessary changes to the Supervisor. Also, works effectively with Quality Control and Materials personnel. 6. Strive for maximum efficiencies while maintaining quality standards. 7. Maintains safe operations of equipment by adhering to set safety procedures. 8. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping practices. 9. Create and maintain professional/respectful relationships with others. Be able to communicate effectively.
