Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and a four-day workweek? IQ Resource Group is seeking skilled TIG Welders/Fabricators for a growing manufacturer in the Neenah area. This position offers the chance to work on high-quality stainless steel and aluminum components in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment.

Location:

Neenah, WI Pay:

$23.00 - $34.00/hour based on experience + $4.00/hour shift premium

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Overtime available on Fridays)

What You'll Do:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals while producing strong, high-quality, visually appealing welds. Utilize advanced welding techniques, including "Walk the Cup." Operate and work with welding automation equipment such as plasma weld-around systems. Fabricate and assemble components by measuring, cutting, grinding, and shaping materials. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, work orders, and fabrication drawings. Follow quality assurance procedures and maintain high workmanship standards. Meet productivity, efficiency, and quality expectations while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous TIG welding and fabrication experience required. Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
