Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components and/or weldments using various welding techniques. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet strict quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to contribute to successful outcomes. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding, and other specialized welding processes to join metal parts accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications and procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring instruments like schematics to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, setting up rigging for heavy components, and adhering to ASME codes & standards. Requirements Proven experience in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and pipe welding in a manufacturing environments. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics essential for precise fabrication. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to pipeline welding and structural fabrication. Basic math skills for measurements, material calculations, and quality control checks. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Pay:
$22.00 - $40.00 per hour
