MIG & TIG
Welders to join our growing team at our Iron Ridge, Wisconsin facility. This position is responsible for welding aluminum components and assemblies used in the manufacturing of heat exchangers and related products. Successful candidates will possess strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, welding specifications, and engineering drawings.
Fit, position, align, and secure parts prior to welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform grinding, finishing, and rework as required.
Use measuring devices and inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and production team members to meet production schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of aluminum MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred.
Experience welding thin-gauge aluminum materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and manufacturing drawings.
Strong fabrication and assembly skills.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Experience welding heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, or similar fabricated products.
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
AWS welding certifications are a plus.
Experience working with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, welding fumes, and moving equipment.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
