  • Full-time Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding operations using various techniques such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

qualifications
SMAW E-7018
in the 3G and 4G position and
FCAW E71T-1M 3G &4G
position.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to blueprints and specifications
  • Use hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair welding equipment
  • Perform basic math calculations to determine material requirements and measurements
  • Rig and move heavy materials using cranes, forklifts, or other equipment
  • Operate machining tools to prepare materials for welding
  • Build and weld components to create finished products
Requirements:
  • Certification as a welder or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in various welding techniques, AWS D1.

position.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and metalworking principles
  • Familiarity with hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
  • Ability to rig and move heavy materials safely
  • Experience with machining tools is a plus
