We are a family owned business that puts integrity, passion and pride into all of our client relationships. We are currently searching for a full-time Fabricator for our maintenance welding shop to work alongside 2 other fabricators.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding and electrical repair of containers, compactors, carts, trailers, etc. Weld steel components, along with replacing hydraulic cylinders, hoses, and fittings Cut steel and fabricate steel components specifically for compactors Prepare containers to be sand blasted and painted Assist the Manager with inventory control on all PWS, Inc. equipment at storage lots e.g., unload steel deliveries Ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments to complete work assignments Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate and OSHA standards
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in the necessary welding techniques Prior compactor maintenance experience is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks Wisconsin Drivers License is required (CDL A or B is helpful, but not required) About Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc .: Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as at the customer site confidential document destruction.
