What You'll Do Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and program Fanuc robotic welding systems . Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications . Set up welding equipment and prepare materials by cleaning, fitting, positioning, and assembling components. Plan welding operations based on part layouts, production sequences, and quality requirements. Inspect finished components using measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and quality. Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and make adjustments to maintain production and weld quality. Perform routine preventive maintenance on welding equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Work in accordance with applicable ISO 9001, ITAR, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements . Support production and continuous improvement activities as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of welding and metal fabrication experience. 1-3 years of experience operating and programming Fanuc robotic welding systems preferred. welding certification . Strong math, measurement, and blueprint-reading skills. Ability to inspect your own work and maintain high quality standards. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Dependable, organized, and able to meet production deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Frequently use hands for welding and repetitive tasks. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and maintain visual focus for detailed work. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds .
