Job Description
Experience Requirements Previous TIG welding experience required Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Experience working with stainless steel is a plus Welding certifications are a plus but not required Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on wire and fabricated components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with additional production duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to use measuring tools and gauges Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety and quality Location Oshkosh Witzel Employment Type Full-Time Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan Eligibility Profit Sharing Program Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Floating Holiday Perfect Attendance Bonus Program Training and Career Development Opportunities Salary $19.00 / Hr
