Structural Welder/Fabricator - All Shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Position, fit-up, layout, cut, and weld materials according to shop drawings and specifications Interpret and apply AWS welding symbols and fabrication standards Read and understand Bills of Material (BOMs) to identify required materials and components Perform detailed quality inspections in accordance with

AWS D1.1

standards Safely operate fabrication tools and equipment including torches, grinders, air arc equipment, and overhead cranes Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to pass an AWS 2G flux core multi-pass weld test on a one-inch plate Experience with multi-pass flux core wire feed welding Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday Skilled in the use of hand tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety Willingness to work mandatory weekday overtime and voluntary Saturday overtime as needed

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
