RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform required safety inspections on cranes, welding equipment, tools, and assigned machinery at the start of each shift and periodically throughout, document results per company procedures. Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and welding equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to: Sub Arc seam welders and K TIG welders MIG and TIG hand welding equipment Hand and pneumatic tools for material preparation and cleaning Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications and required documentation. Perform in-process and final inspections of products to verify conformance to customer specifications and applicable codes; accurately record measurements and results. Prepare, clean, and package finished products to protect surfaces and ensure safe shipment. Complete and maintain all required production and quality documentation, including inspection records and quality control requests. Safely operate overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material handling equipment in accordance with training and company safety policies. Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-train in related departments (e.g., parts preparation, saw operation, machine operation/forming equipment) as needed to support operations. Participate in required safety, equipment, and operational training programs. Communicate effectively with team members and assist with training others as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
Welding equipment including Sub Arc, MIG, and TIG systems Manufacturing equipment such as plasma cutters, presses, flangers, polishers. Pneumatic and hand tools provided by the company Material handling equipment including overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts (training/certification required)
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate and assist with training others. Consistent ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Good manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination. Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for an entire shift (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, etc.). Frequent light lifting (up to 15 pounds). Frequent moderate lifting (15-45 pounds).
