Welder/Fitter - 1st Shift | $30+/

Hour Location:

Waukesha County, WI Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Hours:

Approximately 50 hours/week

Pay:

$30+/hour — competitive based on experience A well-established manufacturing company in Waukesha County is looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter to join its team. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with strong earning potential and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Lay out, fit, align, and assemble components for welding Weld carbon steel and stainless steel in various positions Measure and inspect work to ensure accuracy and quality Use welding, hand, and power tools safely Tack weld, grind, heat-bend, clamp, and position components Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Blueprint reading is required Previous welding/fitting experience Strong fabrication and layout skills Ability to work accurately with measurements and hand tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to safe work practices Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry 50-75 lbs.
