The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and be able to read and understand blueprints effectively. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Assemble metal structures and components according to design specifications. Utilize hand tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts. Conduct pipe threading and rigging tasks as required for specific projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Proficient in welding techniques with experience in various types of welding processes. Strong ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of machining processes related to metal fabrication. Familiarity with hand tools used in welding and assembly tasks. Experience in pipe threading and rigging operations is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to projects. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
