The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and prototypes for highly regulated industries Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure 100% accuracy of finished parts Make necessary adjustments to welding equipment and parameters to maintain superior weld quality and integrity Lay out and assemble diverse metal components, ensuring they meet strict
