      What You'll Do:
      • Perform MIG welding, tack welding, and custom fabrication according to blue prints and job specifications.
      • Set up welding parameters, adjust wire feed speeds, and select proper gas mixtures.
      • Inspect finished welds for strong penetration, joint integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
      • Utilize shop hand tools, grinders, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
      What We're Looking For:
      • 1+ years of MIG welding, TIG welding, or structural fabrication experience (trade school/apprenticeship graduates welcome!).
      • Ability to read blueprint symbols and use precision measuring instruments.
      • Strong commitment to shop safety, quality workmanship, and reliable attendance.
      • Must be able to wear required PPE (welding helmet, steel-toe boots).
