WORK WEEK

Monday-Thursday | 5am-3:30pm Enjoy a variety of production, prototype, and in-house welding jobs. We're looking to add someone a welder to our team! Willing to train the right person, but must have base welding knowledge and some experience with either robotic or manual welding. Responsibilities Perform manual and/or robotic welding Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up welding jobs using fixtures, jigs, or open-table layouts Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company specifications Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Perform routine preventative maintenance on welding equipment Follow all quality standards and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with manual welding, robotic welding, or both Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand and walk throughout the shift Lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
