Pay:
$20.00•$22.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 3:00 PM•1:00 AM
Advancement Opportunity:
Employees are eligible for a potential $1.00 per hour wage increase after 60 days based on performance and attendance. Additional pay increases are available through advancement within our Welder Level Program. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our growing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welds on a variety of metal components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG welding, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to specifications and blueprints. Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and welding symbols. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials prior to welding. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality control requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Assist with additional fabrication and manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous TIG welding experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to use measuring tools and fabrication equipment. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive hand movements.
