Job Description
Spirit Fabs is a family owned and operated fabrication shop located in Wrightstown, WI. Spirit Fabs was started in 1993 and provides our customers with high-quality structural components, stainless and other alloy specialty items and industrial related commodities. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our benefits include health, dental, Vison, 401K, vacation, and holiday pay. We are currently seeking individuals looking for a career, not just another job. Job Description We are looking to hire experienced Structural Welders/Fabricators for our second shift (4:30pm to 3:30am) crew. As an incentive to working second shift, we offer a $3.00 per hour premium and paid lunch. Job Responsibilities
- Able to Read, Interpret and Build Parts from Drawings/Prints
- Must be able to Mig weld (SMAW) structural steel
- Must have knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects periodically (0-50lbs)
- Ability to operate Forklifts, Scissors, and Boom Lifts
- Ability to work overtime periodically Tools Required
- Basic Hand tools

- Square
- Combination punch
