Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal components. Perform MIG , and welding techniques to join metals according to project specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and ductwork. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Measure materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools; perform basic math calculations for dimensions and tolerances. Conduct pipe threading, soldering, machining, and assembly of mechanical parts following ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, fabrication, rigging, and machinery operation. Requirements Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background involving metal fabrication. Proficiency in MIG welding processes; Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and schematics reading. Knowledge of mechanical systems including pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly processes. Experience operating forklifts and rigging equipment safely in a construction or manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of basic math principles necessary for precise measurements; ability to use calipers and micrometers accurately. Good communication skills combined with mechanical knowledge; ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
