In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing high-quality marble materials used in various construction and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with heavy equipment operation, and familiarity with materials handling. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to precision craftsmanship and support our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Candidates with warehouse experience, hands-on skills with hand tools and power tools, and knowledge of fabrication processes are highly valued. Responsibilities Measure and mix raw materials according to formulas and production schedules Operate mixing equipment, pumps, and pouring tools Pour marble/resin/concrete mixtures into molds accurately Monitor consistency, color, and texture of materials Remove air bubbles and ensure smooth finishes Clean mixers, molds, and work areas after production runs Move materials and finished products using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts Inspect products for defects and quality standards Follow workplace safety procedures and wear PPE Maintain production records and inventory levels Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Stand for long periods Work in dusty, wet, hot, or chemical-exposure environments Perform repetitive bending, reaching, and pouring motions Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Experience with mixing ratios and measurements Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Forklift certification may be a plus Common Equipment Used Industrial mixers Molds/forms Scales and measuring tools Spray guns or gel coat equipment Pallet jacks/forklifts Respirators, gloves, goggles Work Environment Fast-paced production facility Exposure to resins, dust, stone particles, or chemicals Team-based assembly/production line setting

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
